We would like to introduce a case where the growth of adhesion and issues such as blockage at the hopper outlet were resolved. The hopper dimensions are 600×800, and the discharge section has a diameter of φ100. There are a total of 4 units installed, with 1 unit on each side; 2 units on the steep slope are located near the discharge section, while the 2 units on the gentle slope are positioned slightly higher. The blow disk is a simple device, but the installation position is an important factor for troubleshooting.
